The Colorado Open Golf Foundation administers the Colorado Open golf championships to benefit The First Tee of Green Valley Ranch. Our vision is to teach The First Tee Nine Core Values™; (Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perseverance, Courtesy, and Judgment) to provide the vehicle through which kids can accomplish their dreams, thrive socially, excel academically and athletically, and become productive members of society with integrity, strong family values and commitment to community.

Championship Dates Set for 2010!
The Colorado Open Golf Foundation is excited to announce dates for the 2010 championships! Registration will open March 1st.
HealthONE Colorado Women's Open -- June 2nd-4th
HealthONE Colorado Open -- July 22nd-25th
HealthONE Colorado Senior Open -- September 1st-3rd
Qualifying Sites and Dates for the 2010 HealthONE Colorado Open:
Qualifier #1: Springs Ranch -- Thursday, July 8th
Qualifier #2: Eagle Ranch -- Tuesday, July 13th
Qualifier #3: Legacy Ridge -- Thursday, July 15th
Qualifier #4: Legacy Ridge -- Monday, July 19th
Colorado Opens EXEMPT from Condition to Competition for New Grooves Rules--
The revision to the Rules of Golf, which place new restrictions on golf club grooves will NOT be in effect for the 2010 Colorado Open Championship season. The COGF Tournament Committee opted to delay implementation of the condition of competition for at least one year. We plan to announce by the end of the year when we foresee adopting the new condition, but players visiting Green Valley Ranch Golf Club for the 2010 HealthONE Colorado Open Championship will not have to worry about the cross-sectional area nor the sharpness of the grooves on the clubs in their bag.
